• The target, system or phenomenon involved
• Frequency bands and polarisations of interest
• Whether you need measurement, analysis, review or advisory support
• Environment: over sea, over land, chamber, field trial
• Any existing measured data or supplier documentation
• Timeline and any constraints on where work can be performed
